You may apply to open a credit account with ADI-GARDINER, by returning a completed account application form to us. You must download, complete and sign the application form (which is available as a pdf document) and POST the form along with the terms and conditions back to: Credit Control Department, ADI-GARDINER, Transpennine Trading Estate, Rochdale, OL11 2PX.

Once your correctly completed form is received, your application will undergo the usual credit checks and you will be contacted at the earliest convenience to advise as to whether your application has been successful.
Should you wish to have your account activated for on-line
ordering, please state this in part 10 of the application
form.
