Credit Account Application

You may apply to open a credit account with ADI Global Distribution, by returning a completed account application form to us. You must download, complete and sign the application form (which is available as a pdf document) and POST the form along with the terms and conditions back to: Credit Control Department, ADI Global Distribution, Transpennine Trading Estate, Rochdale, OL11 2PX.

Once your correctly completed form is received, your application will undergo the usual credit checks and you will be contacted at the earliest convenience to advise as to whether your application has been successful.

Should you wish to have your account activated for on-line ordering, please state this in part 10 of the application form.

How To Download PDFs

To initiate a file download, control-click (Macintosh) or right-click (Windows) on the pdf icons situated on the right of the file description. Next, choose "Save File As...", "Save Linked File...", or the similar option in the pop-up menu shown, then use the standard "Save File" box to select where on your hard drive the file should be placed.

To monitor the progress of the file download, please open the "Downloads" or "Download Manager" window in your Web browser.
