After Sales Support

ADI-GARDINER is much more than a reseller and our commitment to the customer does not end when the product is sold. We pride ourselves on the quality of the on-going support that we provide to our customers, which was reflected in ADI-GARDINER winning the PSI Magazine, Distributor Of The Year Award for 2001.   • In-house pre-build facility.
  • Telephone technical support in overcoming installation and commissioning problems.
  • Field technical support during installation and commissioning.
  • Training of customer staff, using manufacturer's personnel where appropriate. This training can be carried out either at the customer's site or at one of our network of specialist training facilities nationwide.
  • Providing commercial and technical literature and manuals on particular products or systems.
  • Flexible delivery of products, both in terms of location and timing.
  • Job kitting of products so that engineers receive exactly the right equipment to complete one particular job.
  • Assistance in sourcing special or customised products.
  • Advice on new products and services emerging on to the market.
